Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Phthalate Free Fragrance, Menthol, Kaolin Clay, Isopropyl Alcohol, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Spearmint Essential Oil,  Mica.

How to use: Place Shower Melt on the shower floor, allowing a small stream of water to hit it. Do not put in the direct shower stream.
